Paid plans include up to five employees. Additional employees are $3 each per month, including GST. Employee changes are reflected from your next billing cycle.
You can cancel through the billing portal in your account. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew after that date.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact admin@calmain.au with your account details so we can review your request. Nothing in this process limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We aim to respond within one business day. Priority support is available under eligible plans.
